Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication information. When you use the service, we store the timetables and settings you choose to save. Paystack processes payment details directly; TimetableMaker does not store full card or mobile money credentials.
How we use information
We use account and timetable data to provide sign-in, save your work, apply account limits, deliver exports, and support the product. We may use aggregated, non-identifying service information to understand performance and improve the experience.
Storage and security
Account and timetable data is stored using Supabase infrastructure with row-level access controls. These controls are designed so signed-in users can access only their own profile and timetables. No online service can promise absolute security, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Your choices and contact
You can delete individual timetables from your workspace. To request account deletion, data access, or correction, contact support@timetablemaker.co from the email address connected to your account.
